Job Function As a Business Development Executive in the research and education industry, your primary role will be to generate leads and convert them into successful projects. This involves close coordination with domain experts in the production department. Your responsibilities include understanding the research and development requirements provided by leads, translating them into a clear format, and effectively communicating them to the respective domain experts to facilitate the creation of proposals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Accounts and Operations teams to plan budgets and ensure seamless project execution. Your role extends to prospecting potential clients, initiating negotiations, and establishing strong working relationships through various communication channels. Furthermore, in this role, customer care is of utmost importance. Beyond the closure of sales, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with customers. This involves proactive follow-ups to address any project-related challenges or concerns they may encounter, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success. The role is also expected carry out, meticulous documentation of every aspect of the sales and development process, including both successful wins and losses, will be a vital component of your responsibilities. Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00a.m. to 7:00pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second and Fourth Saturday Holiday. Pay Fixed Pay Starts at Rs. 25,000 per month, along with additional variable pay and performance bonuses based on achievements and targets met. Work Location Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Req. Qualification: A master\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or related field. Req.
