Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions and services.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop strategies for lead generation and customer retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
