e are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving sales of our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and sales activities.
• Sales Process Management:
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop and deliver sales proposals tailored to client needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up with existing clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to clients.
