About the position:
As an Inside Sales Executive (ISE) you will be responsible for connecting with top & mid-level management teams, and setting up sales meetings across different cities in India. To be a successful ISE, you should build your network on LinkedIn and maintain professional relationships with prospects. The day-to-day activities include categorizing target audiences, network building, and cold calls/emails to set up sales meetings. We are on the lookout for candidates based out of Bangalore with excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Familiarize yourself with travel technology services offered by our company.
• Connecting with prospective customers via LinkedIn, cold calls, and cold emails.
• Understanding customer's business travel requirements and pitching our services.
• Explaining the value proposition, benefits, and features of our product, TCat.
• Setting up meetings with potential customers for sales teams.
• Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and following up accordingly.
• Capturing pre-meeting analysis for further review and meeting with customers.
• Maintaining reports of calls made, and emails sent.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to support the sales team with follow-ups post meeting.
Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation, setting up meetings will be an addon.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Telephone & Email etiquette.
