This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum 1 to 3 years of experience. Our ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, sales negotiations, and cold calling, actively contributing to reaching sales targets and expanding our client base in the education sector. Candidates should be passionate about sales and adept at fostering strong client relationships.Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is Mandatory
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in an inside sales role, focusing on lead generation and prospecting efforts.
  • Expertise in cold calling, engaging prospects effectively to influence decision-makers. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven track record of successful sales negotiations, overcoming objections, and closing deals. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to generate and manage high-quality leads to ensure a continued pipeline of sales opportunities. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with CRM software, enabling consistent updates and contact with leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer information and streamline sales operations.
  • Skilled in email marketing strategies to enhance reach and engagement with prospective clients.
  • Solid understanding of prospecting techniques to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills in English is must
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of MS-Office is a must
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls to nurture leads and discover qualified opportunities for sales team follow-up.
  • Manage a dynamic pipeline of leads using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking and detailed notes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and meeting company objectives.
  • Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns to reach potential clients and track their success.
  • Facilitate sales negotiations, addressing client needs effectively to finalize agreements beneficial to both parties.
  • Research and identify potential clients in the education sector, ensuring alignment with company goals and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Analyze sales data to determine areas of improvement and suggest innovative strategies to boost sales performance.
