Job Title: Sales Executive ( Amazon Process)

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers and promote Samsung products and services Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Convert leads into successful sales and achieve regular targets Manage calls, follow-ups, and maintain customer records Collaborate with team members to reach sales goals Stay updated with the latest Samsung products and offers

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English Sales or voice process experience is a plus (Freshers welcome) Excellent communication and convincing skills Comfortable with rotational shifts
