Job Role: Inside Sales
An Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in generating revenue by selling products
or services to potential customers through phone, email, or other virtual channels. Here
are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
Responsibilities:
1. Generate Leads: Research and identify potential customers using various
sources such as online searches, social media, or referrals.
2. Qualify Leads: Evaluate the needs and budget of potential customers to
determine their likelihood of becoming customers.
3. Sales Presentations: Engage with potential customers to demonstrate the
features and benefits of products or services.
4. Negotiate Deals: Work with customers to identify pricing and payment options
that meet their requirements.
5. Close Sales: Finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and
sales processes.
7. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with marketing and other
professionals to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
8. Stay up to date : Keep up the product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
• Education: a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a
related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven sales experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and
consultative sales skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional
customer service skills.

Pay: ?12,596.95 - ?37,826.63 per month
