Job Description

Minimum 1 Years Experience as an Inside Sales Executive required.

Candidate should have experience selling Digital Marketing Services, & Website Development Services.

We are looking for a self driven inside sales executive responsible for finding and retaining clients, generate leads and build relationship with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Outreach

Make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and engage in cold calling as necessary. Use email campaigns and virtual meetings to pitch services.

Lead Generation & Management

Identify potential customers from outbound research, calls & inquiries. Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with suitable offerings. Ensure follow-through on leads to maintain a high conversion rate.

Relationship Building

Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business. Act as a point of contact for any client-related issues or escalations.

CRM and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM tools. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on performance and pipeline status.

Market Feedback

Collect feedback from prospects and clients to improve product or service offerings. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
