Key Responsibilities: Field inbound phone, email & SMS inquiries Manage and guide phone conversations to bring a successful and rapid outcome: qualifying leads to pass on to our leasing agents Understand prospective resident needs, expectations, and requirements and help them to make the decision to tour a unit with us. Your \'sale\' is made when the prospective resident says YES to take the next step Track and manage leads coming into our CRM system Support leasing agents and provide quick solutions to questions from leasing agents and prospective residents and our Resident Services Department Develop deep knowledge of our rental process in San Francisco, East Bay, and Los Angeles neighborhoods and able to translate that into successful sales interactions (i.e., schedule an apartment showing) Source new tenant opportunities through inbound lead follow-up Work collaboratively with internal teams, Agents, and other departments to assist in exceeding leasing occupancy goals and objectives Master the art of effectively dealing with all kinds of prospective resident\'s needs, expectations and wants Assist marketing in lead generation on the Craigslist channel Onboard & QA new leasing technology Experience: Must have excellent phone and written communication skills Must be high energy, sales, and customer service driven Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Must work with diverse people and other teams within our department Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or call centre.
