Sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, cold callings, lead generations and maintaining good customer relationships.
1. Manage sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
2. Coordinate with service team to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
3. Sales coordinator build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and looking for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
4. Sales coordinator research the market and products, including competitor behavior and customer preferences.
5. Handle pressure situations effectively by remaining calm and professional.
6. Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills (spoken English) and interpersonal skills.
7. Ensure accurate documentation of all sales transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
8. Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
9. Preparing Quotations and share to Sales team.
10. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
11. Relaying extensive product information to customers.
12. Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings.
13. Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
14. Demonstrate positive Customer First behaviors to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times.

21. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
