The ideal applicant will be in charge of contacting potential customers by phone and online channels, qualifying leads, and completing deals. One should also have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills. Managing a group of inside sales reps, establishing goals for sales, and putting plans in place to reach and surpass them.
YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:
• Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Develop and preserve relationships with potential customers in order to comprehend their demands and properly position our services.
• Work together to create sales materials and improve message with the product and marketing teams.
• Inside sales professionals should enhance their sales abilities and accomplish both personal and team goals by receiving coaching and mentoring.
• To spot growth prospects, keep up with market advancements, competition activity, and industry trends.
• In all of your dealings with clients and coworkers, uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
• Provide feedback to team members on market insights and potential areas for improvement.
• Maintaining proper documentation of all the activities carried out by the individual or the team.
• Managing the hiring process for the entire sales team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in languages, such as English and Hindi.
• Strong ability to solve problems and analyze information.
• Focused on reaching goals and targets in sales and results-oriented.
• Bonus points if you have a background in sales, marketing, or business development (but not a deal-breaker!)
• A successful track record in inside sales management.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
