This position is for our client in the Construction Industry.We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leads which comes campaign and do tele-calling, scheduling online 1:1 meetings with potential clients, and following up to secure sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Present company products and services persuasively to prospective clients over the phone.
  • Schedule online 1:1 meetings with qualified leads for further discussion and sales presentation.
  • Follow up with leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
