As a Inside sales representative, you will be crucial in promoting and selling these comprehensive solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition retention and building solid and lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Presenting Value Proposition:Effectively demonstrate the benefits of client product's offerings, including cloud/SaaS-based technology products and services, to medical practitioners, doctor groups, and hospitals.
Lead Management:Execute and track the inside sales process, ensuring all leads are nurtured towards successful outcomes and targets.
Reporting:Provide regular sales activity reports and progress updates every week.
Sales Processes:Utilize appropriate sales processes and CRM tools (such as Zoho suite) to enhance rackability, productivity, and accountability.
Collaboration:Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive sales outcomes and align them with marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience:(1+ years for Associate in B2B/B2C) of experience in inside sales for SaaS-based products and services, preferably in healthcare.
Language:Hindi and English mandatory at proficient level and any other language known will be an added advantage.
Proven Success:A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Sales Expertise:In-depth experience with the end-to-end inside sales process, including collaborating with Marketing teams to pursue leads generated through campaigns and other channels.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients.
Work Ethic:A relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with rapidly changing requirements.
Sales Skills:Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Education:Graduate degree.
Industry Experience:Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of solutions for doctors and hospitals is an added advantage.
Startup Experience:A successful sales track record with healthcare startups in India is highly desirable.
