As a Inside sales representative, you will be crucial in promoting and selling these comprehensive solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition retention and building solid and lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• •Presenting Value Proposition: • Effectively demonstrate the benefits of client product's offerings, including cloud/SaaS-based technology products and services, to medical practitioners, doctor groups, and hospitals.
• •Lead Management: • Execute and track the inside sales process, ensuring all leads are nurtured towards successful outcomes and targets.
• •Reporting: • Provide regular sales activity reports and progress updates every week.
• •Sales Processes: • Utilize appropriate sales processes and CRM tools (such as Zoho suite) to enhance rackability, productivity, and accountability.
• •Collaboration: • Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive sales outcomes and align them with marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
• •Experience: • (2+ years for Associate in B2B/B2C) of experience in inside sales for SaaS-based products and services, preferably in healthcare.
• •Language: • Hindi and English mandatory at proficient level and any other language known will be an added advantage.
• •Proven Success: • A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• •Sales Expertise: • In-depth experience with the end-to-end inside sales process, including collaborating with Marketing teams to pursue leads generated through campaigns and other channels.
• •Communication Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients.
• •Work Ethic: • A relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• •Adaptability: • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with rapidly changing requirements.
• •Sales Skills: • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Desired Qualifications:
• •Education: • Graduate degree.
• •Industry Experience: • Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of solutions for doctors and hospitals is an added advantage.
• •Startup Experience: • A successful sales track record with healthcare startups in India is highly desirable.
