We're currently seeking candidates for one of our client , they specialize in providing swift and secure gold loans at competitive interest rates, conveniently delivered to customers\' doorsteps through partnerships with top banks in India. We're looking for individuals with good communication skills.Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert them into sales.
Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs.
Timely route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
To inform potential customers on the various products which will facilitate sales.
Work closely with different internal teams for successful lead conversion
To do follow up on all positive leads to ensure leads are converted to sales
Provide prompt and courteous customer service
To maintain proper tracker and reports and share it with relevant stakeholders as and when needed.
Requirements:
A few months of experience in sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computer applications.
Good customer service skills.
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
Good data entry and typing skills.
Self-motivated and well organized.
Ability to sell services solutions over call.
Target-oriented & zeal to achieve assigned targets.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Good in any one of the following languages: Hindi, English, Marathi, Multilingual - (South Language i.e. :- Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam).
