Role Description: INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE (ISA)
Primary Objectives
The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Associate (ISA) role is to support the global sales team, assist in development of sales collateral, and set up/maintenance of digital infrastructure that supports proposal, qualification, and presentation activities. The ISA works closely with the sales team to enable the efficient use of our sales process.
Specific Activities
Prepare simple presentations, letters.
Updates/formatting of CVs for proposal submissions.
Set up digital working areas for opportunity documentation and collaboration.
Support preparation for client visits and presentations including printing, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Ensure that all sales documents comply with our brand identity (logo, color, etc.).
Maintenance and development of CSP data relevant to Inside Sales.
Maintain/update BD calendar and vacation schedule with meetings and absences.
