Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our client\'s team in the electric vehicle segment. The selected candidates will play a critical role in telecalling, lead generation, and driving sales through effective communication and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound Tele-calling to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales of electric vehicles.
Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities through detailed needs analysis.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of electric vehicles to prospective customers.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the electric vehicle market, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
Schedule and conduct virtual or phone-based sales presentations and demonstrations.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate information.
Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and support their sales efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead information in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and performance metrics to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in the electric vehicle sector.
Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in Tele-calling, inside sales, or a similar lead generation role, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers over the phone.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the electric vehicle market and industry trends is a plus.
