Job Description


Role Overview: The Inside Sales Associate at Almashines acts as a catalyst for the sales team, by identifying, engaging and nurturing the prospects for new sales opportunities. This role requires effective communication skills, both over the phone and through email, as you engage with potential clients discovered through various avenues. Your success in this position will contribute directly to the expansion of our customer base and revenue. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Research and identify new client opportunities through various channels to expand our customer base.
  • Messaging: Develop targeted and compelling messaging to engage prospects, emphasizing the value of our products/services.
  • Communication: Initiate contact with prospects via phone and email to introduce Almashines and its offerings.
  • Qualification: Understand customer needs, budgets, and pain points to qualify prospects effectively.
  • Engagement: Build and maintain relations with the prospects by supporting them with relevant engagement and interactions on behalf of the company
  • CRM Management: Coordinate with the team to maintain and up-to-date CRM system with accurate and timely information regarding customer progress, profile, communications and interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Prospecting Skills: Experience in researching and identifying potential clients using various methods.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and pain points to qualify prospects effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits:
