Job Description

• Sell products or services to customers, which can include both businesses and individual consumers.
• Seek new clients, understand customer needs and make effective sales pitches.
• Locate new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling, attending trade shows and building mailing lists.
• Identify and qualify leads, make sales presentations, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to persuade them to purchase companies' products and services.
• Work closely with marketing and other professionals to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Have many day-to-day responsibilities including working from a designated list to contact customers and educate them about product offerings, finding solutions to customer problems, issuing refunds or processing complaints and following up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
• Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month

Jadwal:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
