SUMMARY
A Inside Sales Executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of
the business via tele?calling and emailing. The role involves active coordination across teams and
demands exceptional interpersonal skills. The executive is expected to work on new business
demonstration and presentations which are a persuasive representation of organizations products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• PROSPECT AND QUALIFY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THROUGH COLD CALLING, EMAIL
CAMPAIGNS, AND OTHER LEAD GENERATION STRATEGIES.
• DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A PIPELINE OF LEADS AND OPPORTUNITIES.
• CONDUCT PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS TO PROSPECTS.
• UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS, AND TAILOR PRODUCT
OFFERINGS TO MEET THOSE NEEDS.
• FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE SATISFACTION AND IDENTIFY
OPPORTUNITIES FOR UPSELLING OR CROSS?SELLING.
• COLLABORATE WITH THE SALES TEAM TO SHARE BEST PRACTICES AND STRATEGIES
FOR CLOSURES.
• KEEP ACCURATE RECORDS OF SALES ACTIVITIES AND CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS
USING OUR CRM SYSTEM.
• STAY INFORMED ABOUT INDUSTRY TRENDS, COMPETITIVE PRODUCTS, AND
MARKET CONDITIONS.
• CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE SALES SKILLS AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE THROUGH
TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SALES, PREFERABLY IN A B2B AND B2C ENVIRONMENT.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN.
• STRONG LISTENING AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
• ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM.
• RESULTS?ORIENTED WITH A TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES
TARGETS.
• PROFICIENCY MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE.
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN INSIDE SALES OR TELEMARKETING IS A PLUS.

• PGDM, BBA, B.COM
