Inside Education Sales Work From Office
Job Description
• Handle Inbound requests
• Dialling 80-100 calls and Counselling students who have enquired about the product/service
• Schedule free demo classes for students
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM
• Maintaining the sales using CRM
Job Requirements :
• Strong communication skills for handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software for work management.
Education
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.A in Any Specialization, B.Com in Any Specialization
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
