1. Client Engagement:
o Lead client engagements from the initial
pursuit phase, developing tailored GTM
strategies that align with clients&business
objectives.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with
key decision-makers within the R&C sector.
o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing
insights and recommendations that drive
business growth.
2. Strategy Development:
o Develop and execute comprehensive GTM
strategies for new and existing clients in the
R&C sector.
o Conduct market research and analysis to
identify trends, opportunities, and competitive
landscape.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align
GTM strategies with overall business goals.3. Project Delivery:
o Oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring
they meet scope, timeline, and budget
requirements.
o Implement best practices in project
management to optimize efficiency and
effectiveness.
o Monitor project performance and provide
regular updates to clients and internal
stakeholders.
4. Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of GTM professionals,
fostering a collaborative and high-performance
culture.
o Provide guidance and support to team
members in their professional development
and client engagements.
o Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary
tools and resources to succeed.5. Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities
within the R&C sector.
o Develop and present compelling proposals and
pitches to prospective clients.
o Collaborate with the sales team to drive
revenue growth and achieve business targets.Qualifications:
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of 14 years of experience in GTM strategy and
project delivery, specifically within the Retail &Consumer sector.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record of successfully managing client
engagements from pursuit to delivery.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong understanding of the R&C market, including key
trends, challenges, and opportunities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to influence and build relationships with
senior executives.
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience
managing and developing high-performing teams.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in project management methodologies and
tools.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
and manage multiple priorities.
