" & Summary:As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the firm's operations, strategies, and client engagements within the business unit/competency.This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strong understanding of the capabilities and services provided by the business unit. You will play a critical role in driving growth, building client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients served by the business unit.Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more industry sectors such as financial services, healthcare, technology, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advisory space.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with partners and directors to develop proposals and pitch for new projects.

Client Engagement:

• Lead large-scale advisory projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate client workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of managers and consultants.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Ensure continuous development of team members through training and feedback.

Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development and execution of PwC's advisory strategy.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure adherence to PwC's quality standards and risk management protocols.
• Optimize project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure profitability.
