1. Database Development:
1.1 Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
1.2 Optimize database objects and queries for performance and scalability.
2. Data Modeling:
2.1 Design and implement normalized and denormalized database structures.
2.2 Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and create ER diagrams.
3. Performance Tuning:
3.1 Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues.
3.2 Apply indexing, partitioning, and query optimization techniques.
4. Database Administration Support:
4.1 Collaborate with DBAs to manage backups, migrations, and database security.
4.2 Assist in database version upgrades and deployment processes.
5. Collaboration:
5.1 Work with application developers to support database-driven functionalities.
5.2 Provide technical guidance and best practices for database design and usage.
Mandatory skill sets:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with one or more relational database systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Preferred skill sets:

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions (e.g. Azure SQL, etc.) is a bonus.

Years of experience required:
4 to 7
Education qualification:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 4-7 years of proven experience as a SQL Developer or in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4.
