The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SOA composite applications using Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, Mediator, OSB, and Business Rules.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the integration of applications and services using SOA principles.
• Develop and maintain web services (SOAP/REST) for seamless integration with external and internal systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SOA applications and services, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability of SOA solutions.
• Document technical designs, specifications, and operational procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SOA and related technologies.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Proficiency in designing and developing web services using SOAP and REST protocols.
• Strong understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.
• Experience with JDeveloper, WebLogic Server, and Oracle Database.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, best practices, and security standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Oracle SOA certification is a plus.

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience with other Oracle Middleware technologies such as Oracle BPM, Oracle ADF, and Oracle API Gateway.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based SOA solutions and services.

Years of experience required:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, Mediator, OSB, and Business Rules.
