• Implementation of ITOM modules
• Good Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Service: Business Application, Business Service, Application Service, Business Capability, Service Offering and CI Relationship
• REST and SOAP Method Integration - Inbound and Outbound Integration setup with 3rd party application using SNOW API
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow Cloud and on-premises discovery
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management
• Good knowledge of Service Graph Connectors
• Good knowledge of Agent Client Collector
• In depth knowledge of Service Mapping
• Good knowledge of Health Log Analytics
• Exposure to Idea, Demand and Project form modifications and automations
• JavaScript (in context of ServiceNow)

Good to have knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of script includes, Client Scripts and Business rules
• Exposure to scheduled Job, scheduled reports, Transform Script
• Knowledge of notification set-up, Inbound email actions
• Complex catalog items and record producers
• Performance Analytic Dashboard
• Workflow and Flow Designer configuration
• Debugging of different type of Client Script, Script Include and Business Rules, Script Action.
• Process Automation
