"Responsibilities:Job Summary: We are looking for an SAP BASIS Sr Associate with at least 4 to 7 years of experience. The SAP Basis Consultant will be responsible for managing the technical infrastructure of SAP systems. This includes the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the SAP landscape, as well as the management of system performance and capacity. The candidate will work closely with business team in understanding the requirement and work with functional teams to design and implement the solution. The candidate should be able to work independently and to extend needed technical support to the team.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of the SAP business process xc2xb7 Planning, designing, and implementing SAP system landscapes, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.xc2xb7 Managing the installation and configuration of SAP systems, including the operating system and database setup.xc2xb7 Defining and implementing strategies for SAP system maintenance, including system updates, patches, and upgrades.xc2xb7 Supervising SAP system performance and capacity to ensure optimal system operation and user experience.xc2xb7 Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems, including system failures and performance problems.xc2xb7 Providing mentorship and support to SAP Basis team members and other stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and end-users. xc2xb7 Designing and maintaining technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and maintenance procedures.xc2xb7 Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and services.xc2xb7 Participating in project planning and execution, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Architecture, Installation, Upgrade, Refresh, and Administrationxc2xb7 Good experience SAP System Migration using Homogenous and Heterogeneousxc2xb7 Should have worked with middleware like SAP PI / PO and Administrationxc2xb7 Good knowledge on new technologies like SAP BTP, SAC, and cloudxc2xb7 Experience in Solution Manager Architecture, Upgrade, and Administrationxc2xb7 Excellent Communicational, Interpersonal and Presentation skills.
