Our services:
PwC's FP&A practice spans the finance value chain from finance vision and strategy through FP&A operations. Our range of services include:

  • xe2x80xa2 Finance Transformation: End to end FP&A transformation covering finance strategy, structure, people, process, technology and change management.
  • xe2x80xa2 Efficiency: Efficiency in FP&A operating model (Centralized, Share Service Center, SSC Build Operate Transfer, Center of Excellence, Hybrid etc.) and FP&A operations
  • xe2x80xa2 Operations: Assisting the client in preparing strategic plans and annual budgets, forecasting and financial modelling, performance management reporting, and interactive dashboarding
  • xe2x80xa2 Technology/Digital: Assist in systems and data management including advanced technologies such as Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion, OneStream, Board and other EPM solutions.
  • xe2x80xa2 Business Partnering: Design and analyze KPIs, actual/budget variances and trends to advise clients on performance improvement initiatives, risk minimization, and capturing new opportunities.
  • xe2x80xa2 Project Management: Client project delivery and management (as a project manager or a team member) including activities around planning, solution design, execution, reporting, stakeholder management, issue/risk management, and project financial management.
Job role and responsibilities:
The broad spectrum of roles and responsibilities will be:
  • xe2x80xa2 Client Project Delivery and Management: Serving as a project manager or team member across wide range of FP&A services. As a project manager / team member you are supposed to oversee project planning, solution design, execution, reporting, stakeholder management, issue/risk management, and project finance management.
  • xe2x80xa2 Business Development: Leading/supporting business development activities including client pursuits, proposal preparation, industry/client research etc.
  • xe2x80xa2 Innovation: Leading/supporting the creation of innovative solutions or methodologies to drive FP&A process.
  • xe2x80xa2 Thought Leadership: Leading/supporting the creation of thought-leading content and white papers.
  • xe2x80xa2 Training & Team Development: Coaching and mentoring other team members, if applicable.
Mandatory skill sets:
  • Excellent understanding of Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (PBF) & Reporting/ Analytics best practices
  • xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with PBF tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, SAP BPC, SAC, Oracle EPM or Board
  • xe2x80xa2 Advanced financial modeling skills and advanced excel skills
  • xe2x80xa2 Proficient in communication, storytelling, ability to convert complex data into actionable insights
  • xe2x80xa2 Client-facing experience and ability to engage senior stakeholders, building and sustaining relationships
  • xe2x80xa2 Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey in a clear and concise manner
  • xe2x80xa2 Willingness to undertake a fair amount of business travel
Preferred skill sets:
  • Implementation experience of tools like Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP BPC, SAC, Oracle PBCS or Board
  • xe2x80xa2 Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
