\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\'s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or
a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
\xe2\x97\x8f 5-8 years of experience in credit risk management, financial analysis, or a related
field having experience with credit risk assessment tools and methodologies.
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAS, Python).
SAS is a mandatory skill.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of credit risk modeling and quantitative analysis techniques.
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9).
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external
stakeholders.Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Assessing, managing, and mitigating the credit
risks faced by the bank by analyzing credit
data, developing and implementing effective
risk management strategies using historical
data.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assessing credit risk, implementation of risk
mitigation strategies like credit limits, collateral
requirements, credit insurance etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare regular reports on credit risk exposure
and portfolio performance for senior
management.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor changes in the credit environment and
adjust risk management strategies accordingly.
\xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional communication skills for liaising
with various project stakeholders, including
senior management and external regulators.
Proficiency in preparing and presenting detailed
project reports and updates.
\xe2\x97\x8f Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating
project risks. Adept at problem-solving and
making informed decisions under pressure.
\xe2\x97\x8f Stay up to date with industry trends,
regulations, and best practices related to credit
