• In Depth Knowledge of Autopilot, azure VDI and Microsoft team calling with major focus on the identity-center aspects.
• Implementation and migration of Azure Virtual desktops, Host pools, Load Balancers ,Active Directory Migration.
• Act as the technical lead representing Client's IT team working with Azure VDI implementation vendor
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience working with Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure from design to build and on-going administration
• Experience working with VDI orchestration tools such as Citrix
• Knowledge of implementing Okta MFA in Azure/Microsoft 365 environment
• Experience with Azure/Microsoft 365 security implementation such as 3rd party firewall, Endpoint security components. Working experience with Palo Alto firewall is a plus
• Prepare Azure VDI documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal IT team

Operation Support

• Responsible for VMWARE, Windows, Azure, Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience working with HPE server and NetApp and EqualLogic storage, responsible for hardware configuration and maintenance
• Flexibility working in different time zone and provide operation team coverage as needed

Requirements

• Microsoft Azure experience with knowledge of Azure VDI
• Deep knowledge of Office 365
• Experience with OKTA (other SSO solutions a plus)
• Network Security Enforcement - Firewall wit Palo Alto a plus
• VMware - Experience working with VMware and SAN's
• Network Security Management - Centralized Configuration, Administration, and Reporting
• Ability to write Scope of Works and work with a team of engineers on implementations.
• Provide written documentation and network diagrams
• Minimum of 6 years experience with work virtualization
