• 7-12 years of experience into Agile/Scrum projectsxe2x80x8b
• The desired candidate should have a good knowledge of tenets of agile, driving and facilitating scrum ceremoniesxe2x80x8b
• Proven ability in managing large scale end-to-end application development projects and leading agile/scrum delivery teamsxe2x80x8b
• Candidate should have a good exposure to backlog management toolsxe2x80x8b
• Candidates should have good communication skills (written and verbal)xe2x80x8b
