Responsibilities: They will be structuring deals, managing financial risks, and advising on public-private partnerships. They provide strategic guidance on funding models, negotiate contracts, and ensure project viability, driving investments that support the city?s growth and infrastructure development. Mandatory skill sets:

• Experience in Development and Implementation of PPP, and public or private funded projects in India and abroad.
• Experience in Transaction Advisory
