We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.Responsibilities:xc3xbc Work as a subject matter expert on Product Lifecycle Management and its various applications and modules. xc3xbc Work extensively with team members and client to assess their detailed PLM requirements and form functional and technical specifications. xc3xbc Lead process capability mapping initiatives related to PLM business processes and establish a narrative on application maturity. xc3xbc Must have knowledge of various modules and functionalities of PLM like BOM management, Engineering Change management, Manufacturing Process management, Parts classification, Product data management, IP security, Collaborative Product management etc. xc3xbc Design and carry out Digital Maturity Assessment of PLC applications across various manufacturing sectors like Automotive, Oil & Gas, Textile, Chemicals etc. xc3xbc Perform architecture and design review of PLM application at an Enterprise level/ Plant level/Shop floor level. xc3xbc Lead on site efforts for data collection, workshops and walkthrough sessions with technical and functional stakeholders for PLM and related applications. xc3xbc Prepare a framework and roadmap for integrating PLM with other enterprise level applications, OT layer, other Digital solutions like IIoT platform, Energy Management Systems etc. xc3xbc Prepare and contextualize business cases detailing benefits of various initiatives under PLM with client specific business benefits. xc3xbc Drive the creation of program level application and technical architecture documents which leverage PLM best practices. xc3xbc Perform capability, architecture and design reviews, while troubleshooting key implementation and operational issues, and demonstrating the ability to drive to successful resolution. xc3xbc Review and pro-active correction of project/program direction, approach and key artifacts to keep programs on track, solutions extendable and maintainable going forward. xc3xbc Should have experience in working in on premises, (cloud and hybrid are plus) environmentsMandatory skill sets:In depth knowledge and Experience in PLM applications...PLM design, development and implementation of custom build PLM modules...Must have knowledge on few of the COTS PLM products like Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault..PLM implementation experience in multiple continuous and batch manufacturing industry sectors..Good oral and written communication is mandatory...Develops strong stake holders and vendor management by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors and team members...Remain current with leading edge industry and technology drivers and innovations...Manage discussions with various levels of technical audiences and functional stakeholders.Preferred skill sets:Certifications preferred but not mandatoryYears of experience required:Experience: Overall, 5+ Years of experience in PLM, PLM integration with ERP and other systems..Education qualification:B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM.
