  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Operations Consulting offerings, tools and methodologies, credentials across industries and engagement models
  • Deliver projects as per contract - initially under the guidance of the Project Manager and gradually developing independent project management skill - ensure value delivery to client - work with the client team as per the designed approach
  • Always look out for opportunities for delivering value to client and thereby ensure maximum client satisfaction leading to repeat business/ positive feedback
  • Build strong client relationships during delivery and help client personnel identify specific problems and chalk out solutions
  • Participate in Business Development activities of the firm; research on potential clients and identify value proposition, proposal making
  • Take up team wide initiatives targeted at improving delivery/ introducing new products
  • Build and continuously update Domain Knowledge in Operations
*Mandatory skill sets
  • Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills and ability to interact with senior level stakeholders
  • Should be presentable, confident in approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. Should be assertive and in situations of influencing.
  • Should be extremely conversant with Excel & PPT. Should be able to work across spreadsheets on analytics in excel with key functions. Should be able to make professional presentations in PPT
  • Needs to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.
  • Needs to have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively (20-22 days in a month).
