This role involves developing and executing data quality assurance processes, identifying data discrepancies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality assurance, experience in the insurance industry, and familiarity with Guidewire Insurance Suite.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Conduct thorough data validation and verification to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify, document, and track data quality issues and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis of data quality problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Create and maintain data quality metrics and reports to monitor and communicate data quality status.

Mandatory skill sets:

• 3-8 years of experience in data quality assurance, preferably in the insurance domain.
• Experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations is a plus.

Preferred skill sets:

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Certification in data quality or data management (e.g., CDMP, IQCP) is a plus.
