• Customer order planning knowledge and understanding of lean concept.
• Inventory management Production planning sheet and reports preparation for overview of Resource planning in future and Sales respectively
• Understanding VSM & VSD for for removing the waste from process
• Knowledge of Current Forecast figure for business plan and understanding the customer order behavior ERP skills like SAP with expertise in Sales distribution module ( 02C & P2F)Process expert for PA5 System ( demand planning system)
• Hands on experience in digital tools like Digi@LoP , DCT , PRA , APO@DP
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing like BPS
• Effective communication skills for customer order management

Logistics Planning :

• Receiving the customer order for delivery planning
• Prepare leveled plan and sharing to Value stream at the start of every planning cycle
• Daily management of production fulfillment as well as customer delivery fulfillment
• Inventory control and tracking of age wise inventory
• Daily monitoring of SAP Red-idoc , open EDI and APO to have proper system planning
• Meeting with cross functional team to close OPL like Quality, Conversion , Critical types , etc
• Ensuring the delivery to customer at right time with coordination
• Driving projects like Digital Control Tower, Digi@LoP, DP-PCON, APO@DP , Kinaxis (Future tool) to have transparency
