- Conducting Ergonomic studies and improvement projects
- Driving Industrial Engineering improvements,
- Supporting Value stream in Len Line Design/System CIP,
- Developing Productivity oriented work culture
- Fulfilling Internal and External Audit requirements- Knowledge and hands on experience of Time study and establishing time standards
- Basics of Ergonomics
- Application of Lean tools
- Advanced Excel
- Exposure to SAP and BPS
- Line Balancing,Capacity and Manpower calculation
- Able to Discuss and Convince union members
- Good Communication and Presentation &Command over English and Kannada- Exposure to MTM/MOST/CAPP knowledge,N62c etc..
- Exposure to Ergonomic tools like (IGEL/Ergo Check list)
- Should be pro-active & energetic
- Should have proficient MS Office knowledge (particularly excel & power point)
- Networking ability, working with higher accuracy, Assertive ,Striving for improvements
- Exposure to KARAKURI/Low cost automation conceptsQualificationsB.E/B.Tech (Industrial Engg/Mechanical Engineering) with 2 to 3 years of experience
