  • This role would be responsible for all MS data analytics, along with implementation of all user & seller-based loyalty programs (BeCo or any other program in the future)
  • User recruitment: ride on new launches & promotion campaign for user recruitment, leveraging sales force and distribution network, implement and executing into BeCo marketing plan
  • User engagement: together with MKR\'s, tailoring and roll-out of designed BeCo activities, regular promotion, manage loyalty programs and build user community to increase user stickiness and secure active rate for conversion
  • Seller Engagement- design (with MKR & Sales) and deploy seller promos in the field, monitor execution. Evaluate promo effectiveness.
  • Data Quality and System Accuracy proofing
  • Implement the BeCo promotional user activities and successful roll-out to reach target
  • Ensure good awareness of BeCo platform among internal and external target users, maximize BeCo\'s market influence.
  • Operational Project Management - problem solving of everyday ad-hoc requests and bugs coming from local and user side- 1st level support for BeCo relevant topics as country administrator
  • Input system changes and discuss improvements to Process owners
  • Assure country BeCo operation (e.g. WH, SOP)
  • Setting up a redemption center to disburse reward
  • Co-ordination with Purchase, Vendor related to BeCo for smooth and timely execution and settlement of all promos and loyalty programme
  • KPI- Beco related KPIs across Users, Cordless, Sellers- increase numbers and % penetration of tools for defined set of SKUs sold
QualificationsBE + MBA (Preferred)Overall 10+yrs of experience, with 3-5years of relevant experienceAdditional Information
