The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.Maintenance of ABS/ESP Production equipment's in Assembly/ Deburring area:Improve OEE level of the production equipment's by controlling technical downtimePlan & support in technical competency development of subordinates to match the requisite skill-sets for performing their current & proposed roles and responsibilitiesPreventive & predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, resource planning &adhere itEnsure spare-part availability for all production equipment's. M/C Spare part managementReplenishment of spare-part stock, supplier development for alternate part, repairing, in-house repairing of critical sparesTo carry out spare-part & repair cost reduction activitiesCNC & SPM line installation and commissioningObsolescence management for old machine sparesMonitor and carryout cost reduction activities for Energy consumptionImplement capacity improvement projects such as CT reduction, OEE improvementsCompliance to external & internal Audits & assessments
Compliance to safety and 5S norms at workplaceExecute Analysis & action's to reduce quality rejections due to machine technical reasonDrive I4.0, Digitization & Data analytics projectsQualificationsB.E (Electronics / Mechatronics)Experience 4 to 8 YearsAdditional InformationCapabilities required:CNC & SPM machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system and controller knowledge.
