The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.- Customer zero km handling from reporting to QC closure-Customer warranty claims handling from reporting to QC closure8D / Problem solving as part of RCA for complaintsCustomer quality indices monitoring and improvement planQuality improvement projects for Misson perfect quality strategy implementationCommunication with customer , SQW and Plant and management related to customer complaintsCustomer satisfaction through timely response and close loopingInternal communicating quality alerts and implementation of stop sign at the plantMonthgly tracking and update of customer score cards and preseting to management internally in case critical issuesParticipating NPD related line walks/PHA and providing the LL from similar products proactivelyMaintaining and regular update of customer complaint (0km/field) databaseSupporting the internal (C/AU, AUD, IQA) and external customer audits (System audits, event based audits)QualificationsBacholor of Electrical/Electronics Engineering.\'- 4-5 years of experience in quality management, customer complaint handling and interfacing the customers
- Experience in manufacturing if any is preferable
- Working in Tier 1 supplier in automotive domain
