The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
- Develop the manufacturing process with BPS concepts
- Analyze & provide the capacity as per business plan
- Develop robust manufacturing process to meet the customer & quality
- Planning & providing the required capacity by means of new
- Support production for all the improvement activities related to Q/C/D
- Plan & implement the BPS concept in the value stream.
- Coordinate with other value streams & other departments, IPN &
- Documentation - PFMEA , Process Flow , Control plan , Work
- BE mechanical/ Automobile / production
- 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing planning for automotive industry
