Planning Daily Production based on monthly /weekly customer demands and the production line capacities Co-ordinate with production and customer order planner/department Interface between production , Procurement and customer order Planner . Analysing customer line shortages and escalation if required Implementing lean process in production planning ( Pull Sysems in Value Stream ) Levelling and support for inventory control Co-ordinate for zero obsolescence in change management Initiate order management through SAP Handling critical material allocation situation internally and close lopping with Customer order and procurement Planner. Releasing min max for upstream supermaket based on leveling cycle Escalations to Customer Order Planner in case of Q issues - Tracking for AA parts production -Levelling Performance -Adherence to the Production Plan -BPS Maturity -Concept and Execution -Pull System in Value Stream -FG packaging -Daily/Monthly MIS for Production and Delivery fulfillment Qualifications B.E (Mechanical/Production) with Relevant experience of 3-5 years Additional Information Critical - Levelling and Levelling Tools , PPC , Module in SAP , APO , Procon Levelling Tool, Excellent English Communication (read/write/speech) , Proactive Initiator Essential - Levelling and Lean Management, Team building, MS office, Positive thinking,Patient Desirable - Bosch Production System , Functional expertise in production planning , Negotiation conflict management, Punctual attentive
