RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. • Responsible for New Product Introduction(NPI) at Bosch International Production Network
• Manage manufacturing project schedule and work plan with reference to customer timeline
• Participate in project meetings with cross functional teams and lead industrialization activities
• Manage realization of industrialization activities ( sample production, logistics, material planning, project specific process / tooling )
• Coordination with International project and manufacturing teams for NPI activities
• Single point of contact between the manufacturing plant and cross functional project team
• Responsible to ensure production readiness and line capability in manufacturing line for new products
• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines and international product development teams for NPI activities

QualificationsBE/B.Tech - in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering with 6-10 Years relevant experience in new product introduction from Electronics Manufacturing Industry.PMP CertificationPreferably from Automotive Electronics Industry.Additional InformationTechnical competencies required.

• Knowledge on schedule management tools like Microsoft Project
• Experience in SAP systems
• Good understanding on electronic product manufacturing Processes ,tools ( in SMT and Final assembly area) in automotive sector
• Experience/ knowledge of Bill-of-Material (BOM), schematic, layout
• Demonstrated ability to plan complex programs including schedule, risk and requirements management
• Understanding of end to end product development life cycle
