Assistant Manager / Manager (Innovation )

As an Assistant Manager / Manager (Innovation) you will play a pivotal role in identifying, researching, and promoting sustainable and innovative practices aimed at alleviating the drudgery experienced by women and enhancing energy conservation and generation in small enterprises and diverse livelihood activities across Gujarat. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to pinpoint gaps and opportunities for innovation, crafting solutions poised to positively impact both society and the environment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Scout, document, and validate grassroots innovations.
• Assist in scaling grassroots innovations by providing value addition, design, and support from formal organizations.
• Unleash the creativity of common people, helping them gain respect, recognition, and reward for innovations from the field.
• Undertake research and policy studies to nurture and promote an inclusive innovation ecosystem.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for products, services, or process improvements.
• Encourage a culture of innovation by promoting creativity and experimentation.
• Evaluate and prioritize ideas based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine prototypes based on user feedback and market validation.
• Iterate on prototypes to ensure continuous improvement and scalability.
• Lead innovation projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments to leverage collective expertise and resources.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze the collected data to extract valuable insights and synthesize complex information into concise reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technologies.

Education:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and a Master's degree in Renewable Energy are required.
• Should have a strong inclination towards research, including an understanding of experimental and analytical research
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers with a passion for innovation and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
