Job Description

We are setting up an Open labs in Bangalore to accelerate Innovation, Service of the open labs start with concept creating to making a MVP to show value by demos to our end customer. We are looking for a Project leader who will be closely working with project team/Squads right from concept stage to creating of smaller batches of products without a need for huge capex for tools and assembly lines. Below are the expectation from the project lead Being part of project Squads and involved fully in concept creation to project industrialisation. Identifying the need of prototypes ( plastic, sheet metal, electronics, software etc.,) or some times it could only be 3D models and simulations. Selecting the right technology for prototyping / Additive manufacturing method which can create prototype closer to final material Developing vendor network for quick turn around Co-ordinate with vendors or inhouse tool room to get the right quality of prototype parts on time. Creating working models/ assembly with all necessary calibration Basic testing to ensure safety and functioning of mockups/ product Piloting with customers and enabling feedback loops. Network and demos ( demo platform) to business leaders & customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical with min 5+ years of experience new product developement
• Excellent project Management background
• Strong awareness / experience of Additive manufacturing technology on plastics , metals and electronics. ( electronics , PCB and PCBA knolwedge will be an added advantage)
• awarness of assembly and process knowledge to created Minimum viable product.
• excellent communication skills and able to workly closely with different project squads across line of Business.
• Able to lead the protoshop team, develop vendor network for prototyping with latest technology available in Market.
• Go getter mind set and highly result oriented.
• Strong eperience in building , tracking and completing task on time with right quality.
