We\'re in search of a proactive and strategic VP PSU Sales to join our team. This position will primarily involve establishing and overseeing solution sales in Government and PSU segment within the realms of information security and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be tasked with cultivating collaborative relationships with key industry players, driving revenue through these partnerships, and actively contributing to our company\'s overall growth strategies.Key Responsibilities :- Establish a clear framework outlining the expectations for designated sales outreach in PSU and Government vertical specially in Ministry of Finance. - Preferably, hands-on experience in the Ministry of Finance, Income Tax, GST Commissionerate, CBDT, CBIC, and Excise Department would be advantageous.- Strengthen client relationships with designated Alliance Partners to devise engagement strategies focused on revenue growth.- Take charge of managing crucial relationships and alliances, including outreach, communications, and strategy development, all central to our core business.- Develop partner profiles to ensure alignment with our Alliance Strategy.- Partner with executive management and various departments to advance our company\'s value and other partnership programs.- Define goals and objectives for targeted partnerships in line with our corporate strategy, ensuring alignment of sales, marketing, and services activities.- Collaborate with our Customer Success Management team for partner onboarding, training, go-to-market planning, and channel management, establishing strong executive-level relationships with key partners.- Design Sales Enablement strategies and communication materials for the launch of Alliance Partnerships.- Identify any gaps in our company or Alliance Partner strategies and develop mitigation plans to meet marketplace requirements.Required Skills :- 15+ years of experience in Solution sales roles within AI/ML, and Data Analytics solutions in Govt vertical- A strategic thinker capable of blending consulting and business strategy to devise compelling plans for new partner initiatives.- Demonstrated leadership in Alliance Programs, Strategic Partner management, and the development and management of complex joint go-to-market strategies and programs.- Extensive knowledge and a broad network of contacts within the SaaS, Cloud, and IT services industry.- Ability to develop, manage, and nurture multiple large opportunities simultaneously.- Additionally, hands-on experience in the Ministry of Finance, Income Tax, GST Commissionerate, CBDT, CBIC, and Excise Department would be advantageous.
