• Project portfolio management: Demonstrate ability to manage a portfolio of projects or different workstreams within a larger project.
• Agile methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies (project management approach emphasizes continuous collaboration and improvement)
• Resource allocation: Experience with managing resources to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Data analytics: Ability to analyze numbers / financial information to quantify project results etc.
