Business development experience with good network of industryxe2x80x99s CXOs (like legal,compliance and HR heads)3. Excellent client management skills & ability to manage larger projects independently.4. Good team management (including geographically spread team)5. Excellent communicator with an ability to build healthy and productive relations with the clients and team*Mandatory skill sets

• Experience in implementation of compliance tools, creation of compliance checklists, conducting compliance audits, and conducting legal research on various topics. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong research abilities, and a deep understanding of compliance principles.

*Preferred skill sets

• The candidate must have an thorough understanding and knowledge of Legal & Statutory Compliances with respect to laws such as Labour Laws, Environment health & safety laws, Taxation laws, local & municipal laws, corporate laws, etc.
