The ideal candidate will have extensive experience a strong background in software testing.xc2xb7 Drive 5-8 member QA team in Agile environment.xc2xb7 Design and implement robust test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.xc2xb7 Collaborate with development and testing teams to understand project requirements and define test strategies.xc2xb7 Lead the selection and integration of appropriate testing tools and technologies.xc2xb7 Provide technical expertise and guidance on test automation best practices.xc2xb7 Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.xc2xb7 Ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of automated test scripts.xc2xb7 Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to enhance automation skills.xc2xb7 Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in test automation.Qualifications:Mandatory skill sets:xc2xb7 Total experience should be 8-11 years with a minimum of 8 years of experience in QA domain, test automation, with a focus on Selenium.xc2xb7 Proven experience as a Test Automation Architect or similar role.xc2xb7 In-depth knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.xc2xb7 Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.xc2xb7 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.xc2xb7 Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.xc2xb7 Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools.xc2xb7 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred skill sets:Additional criteria (Preferred):xc2xb7 Knowledge in C# with ADO experience.xc2xb7 Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.xc2xb7 Previous experience in working with Agile project with cross cultural teamxc2xb7 Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and mobile testing.If you are a highly motivated and skilled Test Automation Architect looking to contribute to cutting-edge software development, we invite you to apply and be a key player in our dynamic team.Years of experience required:8-11 yrsEducation qualification:B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM.
