Implementation and Configuration: o Configure and implement SAP SD functionalities (order to cash process) on SAP Public Cloud, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. o Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP SD configurations and solutions. o Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP MM, SAP FICO) to ensure integrated solutions. ? System Design and Integration: o Design and deliver solutions for order management, sales order processing, pricing, billing, and shipping in SAP Public Cloud. o Collaborate with integration teams for seamless integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules and third-party systems. ? Customization and Enhancement: o Customize SAP SD settings such as sales order types, pricing conditions, credit management, and delivery processing to meet client specifications. o Provide input on continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements. ? Support and Troubleshooting: o Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues related to SAP SD processes and configuration. o Offer training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of SAP SD in the cloud environment. ? Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and project progress. o Prepare status reports and assist in the creation of user guides and manuals.
